The constraints of distribution on neighbourhood level force us to be selective about our offer, that’s why it is extremely important for us to dialogue with our customers. Our staff is trained to be very sensitive about this aspect and will listen to you and will address your wishes in a proactive way. Are you looking for a particular item? If it’s in the store we’ll show you the alley where it’s located. If it’s not on stock, we’ll inform you about its availability. As the city’s wards, its inhabitants and the people working there change constantly, we try to constantly adapt our offer, in order to keep up with this evolution.
